Durante el operativo, demoraron a un ciudadano de nacionalidad colombiana y, tras realizar consultas mediante los sistemas habilitados, se constat\u00f3 que se encontraba en situaci\u00f3n migratoria irregular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se estableci\u00f3 que hab\u00eda ingresado al pa\u00eds con residencia precaria, la cual se encontraba vencida, no registrando tr\u00e1mites vigentes ante la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Migraciones, infringiendo la Ley N\u00b0 25.871. En consecuencia, fue notificado en infracci\u00f3n migratoria con intervenci\u00f3n de Delegaci\u00f3n Corrientes (DNM ) para regularizar su situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>15-Dic-25 El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en la localidad de Juan Jos\u00e9 Castelli.
